数字转型浪潮奔涌向前，全球一体化运营蓝图徐徐铺展。自SEG集团 Smart4US 数字化项目启动以来，全体业务与IT分阶段稳步推进，从顶层架构规划到落地集成测试，一步步将集团全球数字化战略从纸面构想变为实操现实。

As the wave of digital transformation surges forward, the blueprint for global integrated operation unfolds steadily. Since the launch of SEG Group’s Smart4US digital initiative, cross-functional business and IT teams have advanced the project in phased strides. From top-tier architecture planning to hands-on integration testing, we are progressively turning the Group’s global digital strategy from conceptual vision into tangible operational reality.

自2025年6月30日，项目完成首次阶段性汇报，团队圆满完成全球模板现状梳理。我们以统一全球模板为核心抓手，推动业务流程、主数据标准、系统应用架构全域标准化，打造适配SEG自身业务体系的数字化底座。

As June 30, 2025, the project wrapped up its first phase review, with the team fully completing the assessment of the global template’s current status. Centered on a unified global template, we advanced full-scale standardization of business processes, master data specifications and system application architecture, building a digital foundation tailored to SEG’s unique business landscape.

时序推进至2025年9月30日，蓝图详细设计与S4升级二阶段成果顺利收官，成为项目转型里程碑：标志着SEG数字化建设正式告别 “蓝图规划” 阶段，全面迈入落地实施、价值释放的攻坚周期，为系统集成测试打通前置通路。

Moving forward to September 30, 2025, the detailed blueprint design and Phase 2 deliverables for the S/4HANA upgrade were successfully finalized, marking a landmark milestone for the digital transformation program. It signals that SEG’s digital development has officially moved past the "blueprint planning" phase and fully entered an intensive implementation cycle focused on on-the-ground delivery and value realization, clearing all preconditions for the subsequent system integration testing (SIT).

按照项目蓝图既定节点，2026年6月15日，完成全量数据迁移后，Smart4US项目正式进入关键的SIT系统集成测试阶段。截至6月30日，本阶段SIT测试任务已圆满收官。

In line with the scheduled milestones laid out in the project blueprint, the Smart4US project officially entered the critical SIT phase on June 15, 2026, following the completion of full-scale data migration. As of June 30, the SIT phase has been successfully concluded.

打破地域和岗位壁垒，全球各区域业务专家与IT技术团队同驻办公、集中联测。每日固定双会机制保障测试高效推进，早会同步当日测试计划，全员对齐当日工作目标；晚会复盘，同步升级高危关键问题，动态调整次日测试排期，做到当日问题当日清。

Breaking down geographical and role-based silos, business specialists from all global regions and IT technical teams collaborated on-site for joint centralized testing. A standardized two-meeting daily framework was implemented to maximize testing efficiency: the morning standup meeting aligns all participants on daily testing plans and unified work priorities; the evening recap meeting aggregates progress, escalates high-priority critical defects, and dynamically adjusts the next day’s testing schedule, ensuring all identified issues are addressed within the same day.

本次QS4阶段SIT测试覆盖全业务、全流程、全系统接口，覆盖售后、工程PDM、财务管控、物流、生产、采购、销售交付等12大核心业务模块，累计完成1075条标准化测试用例，完整校验各模块独立业务逻辑合规性，为后续关键用户测试乃至年底上线奠定了坚实的基础。

The QS4-phase SIT testing delivers comprehensive coverage spanning all business lines, end-to-end workflows and cross-system interfaces. It encompasses 12 core business modules including Aftermarket, Engineering PDM, Finance & Controlling, Logistics, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales & Delivery, etc., with a total of 1,075 standardized test cases executed to fully validate the compliance and integrity of standalone business logic within each module, which has built up a solid foundation for next UAT phase and final go-live in the end of this year.
