2025 was a milestone in ZCZL’s development. From this historic vantage point, facing a fresh wave of technological and industrial transformation powered by AI, we set out fully prepared for the next stage: building a hundred-billion-yuan intelligent industrial group.
这一年，我们以战略升维，重塑发展格局。集团更名，标志着我们正式从装备制造商，迈向以数字智能为核心的工业解决方案提供商。煤机板块独立运营，以郑煤机品牌持续引领行业，基石业务进一步夯实；工业智能板块系统整合，成为集团“人工智能+制造”未来布局的核心载体。数字化转型蓝图全面绘就，全球化治理体系加速构建。我们以一场深刻的自我革新，回应时代的叩问。
Over the past year, we lifted our strategy to a higher plane and reshaped our development landscape. The Group’s renaming marked a decisive shift from equipment manufacturing to industrial solutions driven by digital intelligence. Our coal-machinery business, with the ZMJ brand continuing to lead the industry, further strengthened our core foundation; meanwhile, our industrial-intelligence business has been systematically integrated, becoming the central platform for our “AI + Manufacturing” future blueprint. A comprehensive digital-transformation roadmap is now in place, and our global governance framework is accelerating. Through deep self-renewal, we have answered the questions of our time.
这一年，我们以创新为炬，厚植发展优势。从发布电动常水支架、矿用辅助机器人、露天开采全连续装备等八大智能矿山创新技术，到底盘部件、热管理冷板、空气悬架、EMB电机等汽车部件业务实现0到1的突破——我们不断推动技术迭代与成果转化，为行业发展注入强劲动能。
This year, we used innovation as a torch to strengthen our enduring advantage. We launched eight major smart-mining technologies, including electrified constant-water hydraulic supports, auxiliary robots for mining operations, and fully continuous equipment for surface mining. In parallel, our automotive-components business achieved “from zero to one” breakthroughs in areas such as chassis components, thermal-management cold plates, air-suspension systems, and EMB motors. By accelerating iteration and translating breakthroughs into real-world results, we have added powerful momentum to industry advancement.
这一年，我们以产业为锚，构筑增长阶梯。落子常州，构建新能源汽车关键零部件产业集群；布局热管理，完善智能电动业务矩阵；智能供液系统研发制造基地开工，深化智慧矿山战略布局；投建液压支架智能化示范工厂，打造行业首个支架智能装配产线。每一步，皆是为千亿征程铺路筑基。
This year, we anchored our progress in industrial deployment and built a clear ladder for growth. We established a presence in Changzhou to develop a cluster for key new-energy-vehicle components; expanded into thermal management to complete our intelligent electrification portfolio; launched construction of an R&D and manufacturing base for intelligent fluid-supply systems; and invested in an intelligent demonstration plant for hydraulic supports, creating the industry’s first intelligent support-assembly line. Step by step, we are laying the groundwork for the hundred-billion journey.
这一年，我们以未来为向，谋篇长远生态。成立产业投资公司，系统布局前沿技术与新兴产业；重点参股企业洛轴股份的战略价值与发展成果获得高度认可，上市进程取得实质性进展；同时，我们前瞻性投资GPU、AI算力等科技领域，积极推动参股企业对接资本市场……以资本为纽带，在未来科技的广阔天地中，我们布下一枚枚关键棋子。
This year also, with the future as our compass, we began shaping a long-term ecosystem. We established an industrial investment company to systematically position ourselves in frontier technologies and emerging industries. The strategic value and development achievements of our key investment in LYC have been widely recognized, and its listing process has made substantive progress. We also made forward-looking investments in areas such as GPUs and AI computing power, while actively supporting our investee companies in engaging with capital markets. With capital as the connective thread, we are making decisive moves across the broad landscape of future technologies.
成绩的背后，是每一位员工日夜兼程的汗水，是每一个团队协同攻坚的智慧，是每一位伙伴风雨同舟的信任。在此，我向大家致以最崇高的敬意！

2026 is the opening year of China’s 15th Five-Year Plan, and the year we set sail on our hundred-billion journey. As this new chapter begins, we must remain clear-eyed: the global economy is still complex and volatile; technology continues to advance at speed; and competition is intensifying. These shifts test our resilience, yet they also reveal fresh opportunity. Only by maintaining strategic clarity, embracing change with initiative, strengthening capabilities through transformation, and continually sharpening our judgment can we progress steadily toward a more distant horizon.
新的一年，我们要锚定长远目标，在变革中主动作为，在风浪中坚定前行。煤机板块聚焦煤矿开采电动化、智能化、无人化方向，加快露天装备、智能掘进等新领域布局，持续引领行业。汽车零部件板块要抓住新能源汽车与智能驾驶的时代窗口，加强前沿研发与产能的全球化布局，加快国际化市场开拓，从部件和系统解决方案全面发力。工业智能板块要把握好AI技术正在重塑一切产业的战略机遇，以“AI+制造”为核心，持续打造和推广智能工厂整体解决方案，形成集团新的增长极。
In the year ahead, we must stay anchored to long-term objectives, act decisively amid transformation, and advance with resolve through headwinds.For coal machinery, we will focus on electrification, intelligence, and unmanned operations in coal-mine extraction, while accelerating expansion into new areas such as surface-mining equipment and intelligent tunneling, so as to continue setting the pace for the industry. For automotive components, we must seize the defining window created by new-energy vehicles and intelligent driving: strengthen frontier R&D, build globally competitive capacity, accelerate international market development, and evolve from individual parts to integrated systems and solutions. For industrial intelligence, we must capture the strategic opportunity created by AI’s reshaping of every industry. With “AI + Manufacturing” at the center, we will continue to develop and scale end-to-end smart-factory solutions, forming a new growth pillar for the Group.
